Upgraded my rating. After Rte. 44 Hyundai fixed my transmission, the current issues with my car were completely resolved. Since buying my car a year and a half ago, it has struggled with rumbling, engine noises, cabin noises, sluggish driving, shifting issues, etc... $5,000 was spent on attempting to revolve several issues. ...and then the transmission decided to kick the proverbial bucket. I want to thank my service advisor for being proactive, precise, and patient. I also want to thank the mechanic for doing an awesome job. My family has been a customer of Rte 44 Toyota and Hyundai for roughly ten years. Thank you.

I LOVED my Nissan Altima, until my transmission was going. I contacted Terry and Marlon to discuss the option for buying a used car. Well, I walked away with a brand new Hybrid Toyota Camry 2025, (In my price range). I was anxious about getting something new, but their experience and expertise, definitely put me at ease. EDIT: The sales manager, Kris, & the salesman Roger were superhero’s fixing this situation for me. I was able to get into an affordable car, had full transparency from beginning to end with them and the finance team ( Bobby) . This was a much better experience overall. I will never lease from this dealership again. The customer service is horrible, the leasing process was miserable, the lack of communication is horrid. The salesman was rude and unprofessional after he made his sale while my car was unregistered for almost 2 weeks. They pushed me into purchasing GAP insurance when I had my own with my own insurance which thus made my lease unaffordable for a college student. Beware of this dealership. NEVER AGAIN!

So I am an employee it Rt44 Toyota not that makes a difference but I fell in love with a trade in 2020 xse Camry white with the black roof and red leather and from the start to the signing of paperwork Terrance,Bobby,And Marlin all made it easy and hassle free.i started the deal with them on Friday and drive the car home Saturday…Not just because I work for them but we have a good sales dept that will work to put you in the driver seat of the Toyota you want..very satisfied

What a great experience at Rt 44 Toyota. There was no haggling the price and they went out of their way to get me a great deal and appraise my turn in. I just had a very interesting experience calling Route 44 Toyota in Raynham. First they picked up the phone within two rings. Then the person who answered the phone told me that he needed to transfer me to the service department, but he would watch the line and if the service department didn't pick up he would take the call. Then the service department picked up within two rings and provided me with a very informative and detailed explanation of my recall situation. They took their time and talk to me like I was a human being. Then I asked him about an ongoing situation with a second key, and he said he would escalate it and they would call me back. I don't know who's managing this place, but whoever is they're doing a phenomenal job at training their employees for outstanding customer service. I was pretty surprised how great this one phone call went.

Mathew wood was my sales guy, Top notch I always have horrible experiences at car dealerships with salesman pushing cars down your throat..!!! But he took his time and he understood what we wanted in a vehicle, after working hard for us we were able to make a deal and I had a great Experience. I understand everyone's experience with buying a car can be different and well, complicated depending on the make of the car and the dealership's staff. I have to say that Route 44 in Raynham made the purchase of my 2013 Toyota Forerunner a breeze! I came in looking for something reliable and affordable. I knew Toyota's great reputation of both longevity of use and their great equity over time. Kyle Beshaw and Bobby Ryan made this an incredible car buying experience. We all know car buying can be stressful and time consuming but I was in and out with a new (to me) vehicle with new plates, new inspection, and a great extended warranty in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend Rt 44 Toyota, as well as, Kyle and Bobby to help you move things along. No pressure sales and a great understanding of the financial times. My daughter's tire blew out unexpectedly last night. I had to meet her and call AAA to have her vehicle towed. I towed it to Route 44 Toyota where I have our service done. My daughter's vehicle had never been there before. I did NOT have an appointment for service because this was unexpected. When I called this morning to explain what happened and why her vehicle was there missing a tire, I can honestly say I have never been treated nicer, kinder, and with total care for my situation than I was with Service Advisor Ashley Clark. She was made aware of the situation and what all my concerns were. She made sure she contacted me several times throughout the day to keep me informed of what the situation was. I was kept aware of what the mechanic recommended I do for my daughters vehicle and Ashley even applied coupons I was unaware of and reduced some of the costs where she could based on the situation. I couldn't be happier with my experience here today and Ashley is a credit to their wonderful Service Department and Dealership. I trust Route 44 Toyota and will continue to bring all my vehicles here (I have 4) for their services. Thank You Ashley as you are a credit to this dealership!

My family and I have been leasing from Route 44 Toyota for over 11 years. They put us in our first Sienna when we had our second set of twins in 2013. With 4 kiddos under 2, the Sienna was the only option for us! Now our 2 sets of twins are 12 and 11 and we just purchased a certified pre-owned hybrid Sienna after years of leasing cars. They treat us like family after all of our years there and made the buying process comfortable and efficient. I had the best experience in coming into the dealership today I spoke to Elie. I was very upfront. He helped me get the vehicle i wanted, and there was no fuss. He gave me the best sales experience ever from any dealership I have ever had. I was in and out with two 2 hours with my new ride.

I highly recommend going to see Roger Allen if you’re looking for a new or used car. Roger went above and beyond. I was uncertain about what I wanted at first and Roger was helpful without any pressure. Once I decided what car I wanted, he went to another Toyota dealership on his day off to get me the car in the color I wanted. When I picked up my new car he took the time to explain in detail how to use all of the features.
